SYSTEM DESIGN  

The concept and design are discussed in depth to determine the most appropriate, cost-effective systems for any environment.  We will engineer a fully customised package, incorporating the necessary ancillary equipment to meet all specification standards and operational modes.

On-site sampling and evaluation of unknown environmental conditions, such as pollution are also undertaken whenever required.

COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN

Experienced teams of engineers use state of the art 3D CAD systems - technology that is dedicated to providing customised solutions.  A database holds all Clarcor UK's installations and by utilising performance figures derived from this information, computer programmes are constructed to take into account virtually any variable from size and type of equipment to location and environment.

 

    

MANUFACTURING

     

Clarcor UK has invested significantly in developing the specialist knowledge, control systems and production techniques demanded by the filtration industry and our extensive manufacturing facility and capability enables us to build the full product range in Warrington - from the very smallest single filter product to the largest complex filter package.

The unique feature of our plant is its ability to manufacture the filter housings, structures and filter elements all within a purpose-built facility.

Our integrated business system handles everything from customer enquiries, quotations, estimates, purchasing, manufacturing, capacity planning, loading and dispatch, ensures on-time delivery to all our customers.

QUALITY

Clarcor UK operates ISO9001, QUALITIES DSQR and to M.O.D. approved standards.  All contracts are controlled to a strict quality assurance procedure throughout design, contract control and manufacturing processes.
