Static Conductive Filter Products
P0136405.jpg (44992 bytes) Certain Products or processes are inherently volatile in that they create and hold static electricity.  In hazardous or sensitive areas where conditions may contain flammable gases, vapours or high dust in air mixtures then static conductive products are recommended.

Lockertex static conductive products are tested to meet the requirements of BS 5958 Part 1 1991 and DIN 54345 Part 5 and are designed to work in conjunction with an approved earthing system to conduct the static electricity safely to ground.

Products can be manufactured from a choice of woven or non woven fabrics and materials containing either stainless steel or conductive polymer threads or fibres to suit specific application or industry requirements. P0136825.jpg (78844 bytes)
P0131315.jpg (55259 bytes) All products are tested to ensure that standards of resistivity to BS 5958 Part 1 1991 and DIN 54345 Part 5 are complied with and each product carries a label and individual code with distinct identity for quality control and traceability.

Close attention is given to design and manufacturing details to ensure that the integrity of the static conductive properties of the product are maintained in application.
